Although the VR version is a little rough around the edges, it's still a great addition to the game.
The extra immersion added with a VR headset is incredible and downright terrifying at times, especially if you're exploring one of the Subnautica's scary and dangerous biomes. Taking the plunge beneath these alien tides in VR though is a completely different ball game. At times Subnautica can be an absolutely gorgeous, terrifying, and immersive game.
